Refund policy

Let's face it. Sometimes things don't work out. You may have gotten a particularly rough mail carrier or the color didn't fit your outfit just the way you wanted. Well we are here to help. 


To start a return, you can contact us at orders@earexpressions.com. Let us know if the item was damaged or why it was undesirable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please make sure that all accessories and unused and in the original packaging.


Exchanges
We want to ensure that you have exactly what you need. We will oftentimes process and exchange for another item on your wish list. Let us know if there is another item that you would prefer.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
